STUDIO / APPROACH AND TERMS

A small team.Direct communication.A clear result.

We build websites, Telegram services and connections between business systems. We start with your workflow, define a useful scope and show working versions in stages.

THE TEAM

Two people. One team.

We are a team of two working fully remotely. We discuss the task with you directly, plan and build the solution. At the start, we agree who handles communication and each team member’s responsibilities. The start date depends on our existing commitments.

APPROACH

How we make decisions

01

Start with the task

We clarify who will use the product and which workflow needs to improve. We choose technology to support that workflow.

02

Agree the scope

We record each stage’s scope, price, schedule and acceptance criteria. Additional features are estimated and agreed first.

03

Make the result reviewable

We show working versions and test agreed journeys. We set the review schedule in the project plan.

Websites and catalogs

Present your offer, show your range and give visitors a clear route to an enquiry.

Telegram and Mini Apps

Product selection, enquiries, orders and operational screens in a convenient service interface.

Integrations and development

Connect data between services, reduce manual steps and improve an existing product.

BUDGET AND TIMELINES

What to budget

Planning estimates for a defined scope. After the free initial review, we agree a stage estimate. Work outside the stated scope is estimated separately.

Landing page

50,000–80,000 RUB

2–4 weeks

One page with up to 8 content sections: structure, responsive design, enquiry form and launch preparation.

Excludes accounts, complex calculators and brand identity development.

Discuss the scope ↗

Company website

80,000–150,000 RUB

4–6 weeks

Up to 7 content pages in one language: services, work, about and contact, with agreed enquiry forms.

Excludes product databases, accounts and complex integrations. CMS work is estimated separately.

Discuss the scope ↗

Catalog website

100,000–200,000 RUB

5–8 weeks

Up to 20 categories, a product template, navigation and enquiries. Initial setup of up to 30 supplied product entries.

Cart, payments, warehouse sync and bulk imports are separate work. This is not a full online store price.

Discuss the scope ↗

Telegram bot

45,000–90,000 RUB

3–5 weeks

One main journey: enquiries or bookings, notifications and one simple spreadsheet or CRM connection.

Excludes a Mini App, complex payments and a staff workspace.

Discuss the scope ↗

First Mini App release

160,000–320,000 RUB

8–12 weeks

One core customer journey, a Telegram interface, backend, notification bot and a simple operator workspace.

Payments and integrations are specified in the estimate. A full system with warehouse workflows, multiple roles and analytics needs a separate estimate.

Discuss the scope ↗

One integration

30,000–70,000 RUB

2–4 weeks

One agreed workflow between two systems with available APIs: data transfer, error handling and verification.

Excludes building a missing API, full database migration and work inside 1C or another supplier’s system.

Discuss the scope ↗

Improvement package

15,000–40,000 RUB

1–2 weeks

A small agreed list of fixes, interface changes or content updates to an existing website or bot.

Subject to source review. Ongoing support and major new features are estimated separately.

Discuss the scope ↗

Timelines are calendar weeks of implementation after scope, materials, access and the start date are agreed. We plan as a team of two and split larger projects into stages. Existing commitments and feedback time are considered before confirming a schedule.

Domain, hosting, paid APIs, subscriptions and licences are excluded. Large-scale content preparation, translation and additional integrations are listed separately. Online stores and complex systems are estimated by their actual features.

All amounts are in Russian roubles for the stated scope, not per month. A range does not replace an agreed estimate.

PROCESS

From first message to handover

  1. 01

    Review and plan

You describe the task. We review available materials, carry out an initial audit and propose a sequence of work.

Initial review, plan, budget indication and open questions — free of charge.

  2. 02

    Agree the stage

We clarify features, materials, constraints and access. We agree the first stage’s outcome and payment arrangements.

Recorded scope, price, schedule and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Build and verify

We build, demonstrate and collect feedback. Revisions within the agreed scope are included in the stage.

A working version with core journeys checked on agreed devices.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

After acceptance, we prepare deployment and hand over the completed stage’s materials. We explain how to use the result.

Source files, required access and instructions as agreed.

PAYMENT AND CHANGES

Understand the task first. Agree payment next.

The initial audit and work plan are free. Once implementation starts, payments are arranged by agreement during the project, linked to clear stages and demonstrated results.

No charge to get started

The initial audit, task discussion and plan are free, with no obligation to commission development. This is a review of available materials; extensive research or a separate prototype, if needed, is agreed before we undertake it.

Agree before paid work

We record amounts, deliverables and payment points in advance. There is no mandatory deposit percentage or single payment schedule for every project.

Agree changes first

We discuss changes to scope, budget or schedule before proceeding. Domains, hosting, subscriptions and licences are agreed separately and preferably paid through your accounts.

RESPONSIBILITY

What we take responsibility for

The agreed scope

We check the result against recorded features and acceptance criteria. If a task requires a different approach, we discuss it before changing the scope.

30-day defect reporting window

For 30 calendar days after acceptance of a stage, you can report reproducible defects in our implementation for correction at no extra charge within the agreed scope. We agree the fix schedule after diagnosis. Defects reported during that window remain covered until corrected, even if the window has ended.

Clear boundaries

New requests and changes to third-party services are estimated separately. We do not promise sales, search rankings or third-party uptime: our responsibility is our implementation and the agreed checks.

HANDOVER

You keep the materials

  • Source code and files for the completed stage, as agreed.
  • Project access and instructions for launch, updates or using the service.
  • Domain, hosting and third-party accounts set up on your side wherever possible.
  • An explanation of delivered work, dependencies and maintenance needs.
  • Third-party libraries, materials and licences identified separately; ongoing support agreed as separate work.

FAQ

Before we start

01What will my project cost?

The ranges above help you plan a budget. After the initial review, we agree a stage’s scope and fixed price. If your task exceeds the stated scope, we offer a separate estimate or a smaller first release.

02How are timelines counted?

The table gives calendar weeks of implementation after scope, materials, access and the start date are agreed. Waiting for feedback and third-party connections may shift the schedule. We discuss any shift rather than changing the date silently.

03Do you need a deposit?

The initial audit and plan are free. For implementation, payment amounts and points during the project are agreed before the paid stage begins. There is no fixed deposit percentage.

04What should I prepare?

Describe the task, users and current problem. Examples, a logo, copy, photographs and existing materials help. We identify missing items and who prepares them during the review. Please do not send passwords through the public form.

05How many revisions are included?

Defect corrections and revisions within the agreed scope are included in the stage. We agree the number of design review rounds in advance. New sections or changes to an approved journey are estimated separately first.

06Can you improve another developer’s website or bot?

Yes. We start by reviewing the available source and your task. We then propose a list of improvements, budget and timeline. If the existing foundation limits the result, we explain that before implementation.

07Who will I communicate with?

One of the two team members handles communication; we agree the contact person at the start. We work remotely, primarily through Telegram. Important scope, price and schedule decisions are recorded in writing.

08What happens after launch?

Reproducible defects in our work can be reported for free correction within 30 calendar days after stage acceptance. Development, new features and regular support are agreed separately. The default project does not include round-the-clock monitoring.

Let’s start with your task.

No finished specification needed. Tell us what you have and what needs to change — the initial review and plan are free.
